SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I Attending no light complaints and carrying out electrical maint work for day to day electric complaints such as repair / rectification / replacement of defective items like service cables,MCB's,MCCB's,DB's etc. through skilled trademen at any location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor or his representative with 1 Electrician & 1 Helper will report daily to the AGE Reasi office E/M Section at 8:30AM to collect the complaints in the various locations of AOR of AGE Reasi, 14 Sect. (ii) Each complaint shall be attended / check on same day and be resolve within 48 Hrs (iii) All labour and material reqired for reoslving the complaint shall be deemed and including in the quoted rates (iv) Rates quoted for this item is includes manpower/labour reqired for collection for complaints from office, reporting labour/engineer on site, reporting feedback to the authority and transportation reqired for the same. Cost of T&P reqired for execution of work shall also deemed to be included in quoted rates. (v) Contractor or his representative will submit daily report on the status of complaint resolved and pending with reason. (vi) Cost of miner parts/ material i.e screw, nails, washers, gullies, fuse, minor requirement of 2/3 core wire, insulation tap, oiling greasing etc required to making the article serviceable/working at site shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a soft/Hard soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc .25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cables with well burnt sub class 'B' (old size) bricks laid dry flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour and tools for breaking of PCC (for taking out PCC poles) and removing broken PCC outside cantonment area to a distance beyond 5 km but not exceeding 15 km and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base of pole, coping of above Ground level etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI Tubing Light grade 32 mm Bore dia as Cable Protection fixied on walls/ poles by using the suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid in trenches complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and laying GI Tubing Light grade 50 mm Bore dia as Cable Protection fixied on walls/ poles by using the suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid in trenches complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and laying GI Tubing Light grade 80 mm Bore dia as Cable Protection fixied on walls/ poles by using the suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts etc or laid in trenches complete all as specfied and directed.

S & F inreplacement of GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr long pipe bent to shape 120 degree for mounting of security light and fixed to wall/pole, with suitable MS clamps 4 Nos with nut and bolt and washers including connecting complete including of suitable length as per direction and approved by Engr-in-charge,

Supply and fix 1100 Volts heavy duty round sheathed multistranded three core copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm for electrical connections to the street lights fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road not exceeding 100 CM depth for laying of UG Cable incl make good the surface of road with cement plaster mix 1:2 of suitable quantity, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead of galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm connectd to GI earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore and 20mm bore light gradeGI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works.
