Electrical Installation and allied works for proposed LT Bulk service connection at the premises of Matigara Sericulture Complex, Matigara in the District of Darjeeling.

SUB-HEAD 1-- SITC of LT Panels

SITC of floor mounting cubical compartmentalized 415 volt, 50 Hz dust & moisture proof for power distribution.The panel should have adequte strength & space fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm MS angle iron). The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 4.4 mm M.S. channel. [Manufacturer/Fabricator having Test Certificates from CPRI] to accommodate the incoming switchs bus bars with all interconnection in between switchs and busbars with solid cu rods /felxible wire for suitable capacity.

INCOMING- (i) a) 415 Volts, 315 A, TPN SFU with proper HRC fuse (open execution type) (Make: L&T/Legrand/Schenider/ABB/Siemens)- 1No.

BUSBAR- 415 V, 415 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 x 50x5mm bar copper bus bar mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification- 1 set.

OUTGOING- (i) 415V 200 Amps TPN SFU units with HRC fuses (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/SCHNEIDER) in open execution. 1 no (ii) 415V 160 Amps TPN SFU units with HRC fuses (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/ SCHNEIDER) in open execution.---- 3 Nos.

SUB-HEAD 2 -- EARTHING INSTALLATION :-

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size No. 8 SWG on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming as to GS. (For soft soil) .

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.
