SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick on internal surface at any story or any height in cement mortar (1:6) on fare face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm// 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and above ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after that material & labour providing two coat of two components (one part liquid two part powder) ready to use cementitious water proofing coating on properly prepared surface by brushing having elongation of > 50% for the applying water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating. (ii) Provn of glass fiber mess of 2mm x 2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Apply 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72 Hrs on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Material and labour for 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, sunken floor etc, finished rough to receive tiles, including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) white clour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain and to flushing pipe anti syphonage etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement plastic water closet seat with cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom/recessed bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting including fixing only pillar tap (new or serviceable old pillar tap as per site condition ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Pillar tap if required in replacement, shall be measured & paid separately as under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement stainless steel sink made out of 1.00mm thick sheet, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or fixing with cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe; overall size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc. 250 litre and not exc. 500 litre any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc. 500 litre and not exc. 1000 litre any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 20mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, long body, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shank and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of tap shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS

Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, long shank and cup, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement cromium plated shower rose 125mm size, with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement brass chromium plated two way angle cock, of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement stainless steel chromium plated tubular towel rail 20mm dia 'D' type, 600mm long between flanges fixed to plug , bracket with chromium plated brass screws and PVC plug, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, for iron pipe 20mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of mixer valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing brass chromium plated bottle traps of 32mm bore hole for wash basins with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections including necessary packing, union and cap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 32mm bore waste fittings/coupling, for sinks, basins etc., with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 40mm bore waste fittings/coupling, for sinks, basins etc., with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 32mm bore spring type PVC waste pipe fixed to WHB & sink etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Minimum length of each pipe should more than 0.7 Metre

Supply & fixing in replacement hand shower (health faucet) ABS body including 1 meter long 8mm dia flexible tube and including wall hook including taking down old any type shower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part ALD-CHR-593N of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Supply & fixing in replacement jet american JS-02, including pipe 1 metre long with CP connector, fixing in WC and to angle valve for water connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair corner Glass shelf with bracket chromium plated boundary fixed to wall with screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Cat Part ACN-1173 of Jaquar or equivalent (Equivalency approved by GE) in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II

Material & Labour for 75 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipe (sand cast pipe ) in any length with or without ears, laid in trenches or fixed to wall with stack clamps (interval of 1m) made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay including nut bolt and jointing with cement mortar, including taking down old unserviceable pipe any size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 100mm dia cast iron floor trap with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe with solvent fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including taking out old unserviceable floor trap, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 100mm bore cast iron bends/T/Y (any radius)/elbo, diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval access door fixed with cement joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints for drain or rain water fixed along walls with stack clamps made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay (interval of 1m) including nut bolt and PCC work, including dismantling/taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) suitable for 110mm bore pipe fixed to walls or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing 110 mm bore stack clamps out of 50mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litre, disconnecting or lowering, taking out mud from tank after proper drain out the water (manually or mechanically) including from mouths of circulating pipes etc. after cleaning checking all inlet and out let connections and tightening the same as required, lid of tank refix properly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Dismantling plain or corrugated asbestos cement sheet (corrugated/semi corrugated) including rides as in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position (unframed work), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge (including cutting and bent to shape), roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work tubular poles/post including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to latest relevant IS grade St-240, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed (any colour as directed), shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli/chowkhat & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of bricks, PCC tiles, interlocking tiles laid flat of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site including taking out existing fine sand cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement base screed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing polishing laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement motor 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 81 but as in skirting
