Almirah Steel Large / Medium (FD-1031/ FD-1032) Taking out old existing locking device except lock of Almirah steel large/medium with necessary re-adjustment of lever etc and fixed properly to match with existing door for locking all as per drawing.

Removing of old unsv lock and supply and fixing of new lock with six nos brass levers with duplicate keys as per existing lock for Almirah large/medium all as per drawing

Taking out unsv broken door hinges of almirah steel large/medium and supply and fixing new approved quality of hinges by welding to make almirah functionable and painted with synthetic enamel paint to match with the existing shade all as per drawing.

Supply and fixing new MS CP Handle of almirah steel large/medium including all necessary fittings all as per drawing.

Removing old unsv legs of almirah steel large/medium and S&F new leg with 18 gauge black MS sheet all as directed.

Removing old unsv shelve of almirah steel lange/medium & S &F new shelve of ms sheet 1 mm thick all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable door shutters for Almirah Steel Large all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable door shutters for Almirah Steel Medium all as directed.

M&L for painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Almirah Large steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish all as directed.

M&L for painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Almirah Medium steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish all as directed.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029) Removing of old unserviceable following parts of locker steel and supply & fixing new parts of the following :-

Leg made of 18 gauge PBI sheet

Door Hinges

Replacement of U/S Handle (CP)

MS Hasp and Stapple

Replacement of U/S Shutter for Door

Replacement of U/S 19mm dia aluminium conduit pipe with socket

M&L for painting, removal of existing worn-out paint from inside and out side of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for Locker Bed Side steel and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish all as directed.

Chair Verandah PVC (FD/MAP-II/06) M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Chair Verandah PVC including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drg.

PVC Seat of size 455mmx455mmx4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm.

PVC back size 455mmx455mm x4mm thick with wt not less than 0.925 kg and one groved of size 90x10mm,PVC efgs 20mm folded towords back.

Preparation of all exposed steel surface of Chair Verandah PVC (old/new) and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel white paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Chair Verandah (FD-256) Removing of existing worn out Plastic Cane and preparation of surface complete and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint Best quality white over a coat of primer including welding where ever required all as directed.

Recanning of Chair Verandah with new Cane Plastic white 4mm made oval shape approved make.

Supply & fixing 10mm MS Bar to Chair Verandah where ever required

Supply & fixing Leg 20mm MS Tube rounded to Chair Verandah.

S&F new Rubber Shoe PVC for Chair Verandah

Charpoy G I Pipe 32mm Dia with Ply Top (FD-220(R) Removing of unserviceable existing Ply Top from G I Charpoy with Ply Top and Supply & Fixing 12mm thick 7 Ply BWR grade Plywood fixed with 10 Nos 4mm dia counter shank screw 65mm long nuts, bolts & washer all as specified and directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable long rail and S&F new Long rail 32mm dia GI Pipe medium grade as shown in drawing duly threaded complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable short rail of GI Pipe 32mm dia and replacing with short rail obtained from long rail from item no 5.01 above which shall be reused as short rail after cut to size and threading complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable legs of GI Pipe 32mm dia and replacing with legs obtained from item no 5.02 short rail shall be reused as legs after cut to size and threading complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable Elbow of GI Pipe 32mm dia and S & F new GI Elbow (3 Way) medium grade as shown in drawing duly threaded complete all as directed.

Removing of existing unserviceable/rusted M S flat 40mm x 6mm and fixing new MS flat strip of size 40mm x 6mm by welding on long rail of existing GI tubing as a supporting including drilling hole and fixing with nuts & bolts and painting to Black colour as directed.

Table Dining OR's (FD-165(M) Removing following old worn out unsv parts of Table Dining OR's without damaging any other parts and S&F of new parts of appropriate size and shape all as per drawing and as directed.

Removing of old wornout unserviceable top of Table Dining OR's and S&F new Top made out of 18mm thick commervial BWR Gde ply wood with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet to be pasted on top & 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround.

M&L for preparation of surface of the frame of Table Dining OR's by scrapping and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint all as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE 32 MM DIA (FD-220) Repair/Replacement of the following parts of Charpoy GI Pipe after taking out unserviceable parts:-

S&F Long rail 32mm dia GI Pipe medium grade of size as shown in drawing duly threaded complete all as directed.

Short rail of GI Pipe 32mm dia (old GI Pipe obtained from long rail shall be reused as short rail after cut to size and threading complete.

Legs of GI Pipe 32mm dia (Old GI Pipe obtained from short rail shall be reused as legs after cut to size and threading complete)

Removing of existing unserviceable Elbow of G I Pipe 32mm dia and S & F new G I Elbow (3 Way) medium grade as shown in drawing duly threaded complete all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable existing Nylon Newar from G I Charpoy and Supply & Fixing 12mm thick 7 Ply BWR grade Plywood fixed with 10 Nos 4mm dia counter shank screw 65mm long nuts,bolts & washer including 40 x 6mm MS flat 3 Nos fixed by welding at equal distance of long rail of existing G I Tubing as a support including holes for Nuts & Bolts all as specified and directed.

Bed Hard {FD/E6/ MAP/ 08(R)} M&L for provision and fixing of the following Parts of Bed Hard including dismantling of damage parts and complete all as specified and shown in drawing:-

Supply and Fixing Top of Plywood of size 1930mm x 850mm x12mm thick 7 ply commercial BWR grade type BB Single piece fixed with screw as in Bed Hard Make : Kitply/Greenply/ Century / Archid, ISI Marked.

M&L for preparation of all exposed steel surface of Bed Hard by scrapping with sand paper and apply two or more coats of synthetic enamel Black paint with one coat primer required for proper shining to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Table 3'x2' Steel with Drawer (FD-1008) Taking out old unserviceable Table Top of Table 3'x2' steel with Drawer and supply & fixing of new table top of over all size 900x600mm made out of 18mm thick commercial Plywood BWR type ISI marked covered with 1.00mm thick plastic laminated sheet of natural teak colour shade on top and fixed with synthetic adhesive including 18x4mm teak wood beading all round finished with French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per drawing.

Repairs to drawer of Table 3'x2' steel with Drawer by running welding including automatic locking devices. So the drawers ply smoothly in its original position as per drg. One coat of synthetic enamel paint to be used to match with the existing paint rest all as per drawing.

M&L for provisioning and fixing of the following parts of Table 3'x2' steel with drawer including dismantling of damaged parts complete all as specified and shown on drawing :-

Brass lock with duplicate key (Heavy quality) for drawer

Leg made of square MS tube 25mm and 1.6 mm thick

Drawer made of 20 gauge MS plain sheet.

M&L for painting, removing of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frame of Table 3'x2' Steel with Drawer and preparation of surface complete frame for the following steel furniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish all as directed.

Table 3'x2' Steel without Drawer (FD-1007) Taking out old unserviceable Table Top of Table 3'x2' steel without Drawer and supply & fixing of new table top of over all size 900x600mm made out of 18mm thick commercial Plywood BWR type ISI marked covered with 1.00mm thick plastic laminated sheet of natural teak colour shade on top and fixed with synthetic adhesive including 18x4mm teak wood beading all round finished with French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per drawing.

M&L for provisioning and fixing of the Leg made of square MS tube 25mm dia 1.6 mm thick of Table 3'x2' steel without drawer including dismantling of damaged parts complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L for painting, removing of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frames of Table 3'x2' Steel without Drawerand preparation of surface complete frame for the following steel furniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 26,890.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 31). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
