(iii) PCC 1:5:10 type E-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion. (iv) Concrete for Sunken Slab shall be mixed with WPE compound as per manufacture Instructions. (v) Joint of Trap/WC/Soil/PVC/CI pipes shall be properly renewed in PVC pipe and sealed with Sealing Compound. (vi) P&S traps and nahani/floor traps with long arms shall be renewed and provided as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (vii) Testing of all traps, joints and sunken slab shall be as per IS : 1742 before filling of Sunken Slab including smoke test. (viii) After filling of Sunken floor making good as per Old FFL.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on top of roof surfaces of any description mixed with liquid WPC @ 0.4% by weight of cement, or as per manufacturers instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.
