GE (AF)/SGR-21/2024-25 REPAIR TO LEAKAGE, SEEPAGE, OVERHEAD TANKS, FLOAT VALVE, ROOFING AND FALSE CEILLING AND OTHER MISC WORK IN TECHNICAL AREA

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete as in columns, slab, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of Ser item No. 1 & 2 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and M&L for applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Carbodur of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

M&L for Applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to expose surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nitozinc primer of FOSROC/Friazinc R of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

All as per Ser item No. 4.00 here in above but reinforcement upto 10mm dia. Note for Ser item No 4.00 & 5.00 (i) The work shall be carried out by the trained person as per manufacturer's instructions i.e. FOSROC/SIKA/ PIDILITE

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, on brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished fair & even in, including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering on fair faces in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing compound upto 12m height including taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement upto triple storey height including taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished fair & even in CM 1:3 including taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including thin layer (1mm thick) of wall care putty and priming coat , complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of new plaster surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered or concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint upto triple storey height, complete all as specified and directed.

Preperation of new plaster surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed

Prepartion of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including filling of holes, cracks and undulating surface with cement wall care putty making surface even and smooth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint (OBD), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of walls or concrete surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old ceiling surface and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (OBD), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection joint filled with bitumen sand mixer finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in soft/loose soil post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, post/ Kerb/parafits etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, angle made out of angle/Hollow pipe/tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron , gusset plates, rails, braces etc Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement / lime concrete from Sunkan portion in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including surface finishes of any type such as Mosaic, terrazo tile/tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning surface of sunken portion taking out existing material wall/bottom and applying cement slurry @1.2 Kg per Sqm and applying 15 mm thick cement plastred in CM 1:3 finished even and fair using extra cement and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified cementious slurry as per manufactureas instruction to make the surface leak proof, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concerte, 1:5:10, Type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as filling in Sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain corrugated or asbestos steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No. 39.00 here in above but except sheet.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for tightening bolts and closing bolt holes, etc.to rectify the leakage/ seepage, in old roof of corrugated steel sheets by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts and nuts if required, all set in stiff white lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) steel and iron roof surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard wood and scantling timber framed and fixed wrought, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for Second class hard wood clean sawn planks,width n exc. 20 cm and 20mm thick fixed in existing wooden eves board, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm thick wooden planks of second class hard wood, planed one side and edges tongued and grooved or rebated fixed, replace old and or decayed boarding in patches including cutting out old, piecing, heading joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new wooden surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of capacity upto 500 ltrs and refixing the float valve and plugging wash pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including necessary jointing and taping, and applying 1mm thick putty to receive finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick particle board for insulation purposes as in false ceiling, fixed with nails to timber framework, design and pattern of board as approved by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws to ceiling flat or sloping, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previouly untreated plaster/ AC sheet/Gypsum board surfaces of ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper colour/tint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore steel warer tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc) and fixed complete to and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors including screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore steel warer tubes, 'medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs, unions etc) and fixed complete to and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors including screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lagging to pipes 20mm bore used in external water supply or plumbing all around with 50mm thick bonded mineral wool pre-formed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg /Cum conforming to IS 9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25gauge 20mm mesh including applying with brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per Sqm complete including taking down of old lagging if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 500 liter capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 liter capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore Stop valve/angle valve, Fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with capstain head, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore bib tap,chromium plated, fancy type, cast copper alloy with capstain head screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including any treatment there to and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of old debris/retrieved material to outside the premises or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with and including integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 50mm.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 finsished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surfaces using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane in roof with the following courses of treatment :- (a) Apply bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (MAKE : WP Shield Primer W of SIKA/Shalikote T-32 of STP/Equivalent brand of Tikidan Danosa. (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced(4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of APP Membrane: WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA/Super Thermolay 3mm (MT) of STP Limited/Equivalent brand of Tikidan Danosa.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removal of debries out of defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finish even and rough to receive further floor finishes (tile/kota stone/ marble ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to matcht, as in Skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tile 450 x 300 x 06-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as wall, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 08 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in Skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as spciified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment machine pressed, set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squating pan, orissa pattern size 580 x 440mm and making good, including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc., including trap set in and including concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe , PVC cover sheet in same colour etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china urinal, half stall type including all fittings with grating and union for discharge pipe complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in CM 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 550x400 mm, with & including 32mm dia PVC waste pipe and waste coupling with & including angle iron brackets of suitable size & length or erecting stand etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 32/40 mm dia bore PVC flexible pipe for wash hand basin/ urinal, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs looking mirror of size 600x450mm with PVC moulding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 210 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, Syphonic action type, fluhing cistern low level,white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and PVC flush pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth 1,23,640.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
