Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11/0.433 KV, 1000 KVA Package Distribution Sub Station Oil type Copper Wound 1000 KVA Distribution Transfomers, HV/LV switchgears amd enclosers including all accessories & fittings to form a complete package conforming to technical specification and scheduled of GTP as per latest JVVNL specifications. The PSS included foundation/ Civil work as per manufacture/ Discom specifications. The features and construction details of 11/0.433 KV packaged distribution substation shall be in accordance with the requirements stated here in under :

11 kV RMU unit (SF6/VCB type) 3 Way Type - 1 Nos.

1000 kVA, 11/0.433 kV, BIS, type-2, Hermetically sealed Distribution transformer having corrrogated tank & off load tap changer with all accessories - 1 Nos.

LT Air Circuit Breaker, 2000 Amps. - 1 Nos.

LT Moulded Case Circuit Braker, 400Amps for outgoing feeders. - 6 Nos.

Enclosure with Canopy/double roof for entire substation. - 1 Nos.

Necessary disconnection devices, all necessary cables for installation connection between RMU, Transformer and LT Switchgear.

Suitable size double compressions glands and lugs etc.

Fire Extinguisher. - 2 Nos.

Note :- Contractor has to submit the Type test certificate and drawing as per Technical Specification and GTP prior to inspection and got approved same from RE (Elect.), RHB, Jaipur.

P/Laying XLPE/P.V.C. insulated & P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor of IS: 1255 including excavation of 30cm×75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, IInd class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size.Make :- Havells, Paramount, Gemscab & Pollycab,KEI

Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC/Toughened Glass cover ( from 45W onwards ) and should be secondary lens on each LED . The System level Luminaire efficacy >=100 with High Power LEDs of CREE/ NICHIA/ OSRAM/PHILIPS/SEOUL make is to be used .The LED Driver shall be BIS certified and Input Voltage AC 110 to 270 V AC with Input Frequency 50Hz±3% Power Factor >0.95 Driver Efficiency >85% , THD(I) <10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -20C to 50C . Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% initial lumens maintained ,Rendering Index >75% .Surge protection shall be min ≥ 5 KV internal and min 10 KV external.
