Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation, etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out all in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 250m but n. exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:6 and pointing the surface in contact with earth in the same mortar including providing weep holes complete as specified and directed. Note : - Deduction of volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be made and payment of stone masonry will be made for net measurement only.

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression of 20mm and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing, cement Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed concrete including necessary formwork and finishes the exposed surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) bond stone with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

M&L stone/Boulder filling, laid dry, hand packed tightly, around weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes type A ISI marked single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.cutting/ original ground only) to required camber and gradient etc, including watering before or during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) complete as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base), 200mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 75mm thick each, with coarse stone aggregate (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to rough finished surfaces of sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick factory made Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks (M-50 Grade) of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.Make -NTC, Nitco, Ultra, Johnson, Surya K, Everest.

M&L for providing, plain cement concrete Type B1, (1:2:4) using 20mm stone aggregate cast in situ as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, and other similar bands, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or hamfered angles and throating, as directed and necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The size of kerb shall be minimum 200mm wide and 450mm high

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
