MODERNIZATION OF RURAL LINK ROAD Chatoli, Akalgarh, Khizrabad Road (Road Code SAS005048) from RD 0.00 to 10.81 KM UNDER THE SCHME OF SPECIAL ASSISTANCE TO STATE FOR CAPITAL INVESTMENT 2025-2026(Phase 1) in MC Kurali District SAS Nagar

Excavation for Roadway (By Mechanical Means) Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lift and combined lead up to 60 mtr.

Dismantling of existing Surface Pavement including crust and stacking of usable material and disposal off unusable material complete in all respects.

Dismantling of brick edging

Compaction of earth work & Preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in the Table 300-2 as per Technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (In case of link roads earth work to be done by villagers)

Construction of embankment with earth obtained from roadway cutting or excavation including spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications

Relaying of recovered material obtained from dismantled road material obtained from road crust

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.( Only Labour Rate)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications
