Dismantling, removing and carefullygyp board false ceiling etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supply and installation of Acoustical False Ceiling of Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick T15 metal grid system. The T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally CT15 W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.5 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, Scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specication.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
