Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat DSR 13.82.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work DSR 13.99.1

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). DSR 13.112.2

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. DSR 9.83

Providing and fixing 4mm thick teak ply (ISI marked) with exisitng wooden members including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick commercial ply (ISI marked) on the exisitng wooden members including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. NS

Providing and fixing 6mm thick commercial ply (ISI marked) on the exisitng wooden members including the cost of nails, fevicols etc. including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of plyboard consisting of 18 mm thick commercial ply(ISI marked) phenol bonded fixed with hard wood battens and gutties including the cost of necessary lipping screws, nails, fevicol complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. N.S

Providing and fixing 6mm thick fibre cement board, in ceiling / panelling, on the exisitng wooden frame, with the help of self drilling screws, including prepration of surface with cement base putty to provide smooth surface and painting with plastic emulsion, complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Flase ceiling sheets of size 595m x595mm x15mm edge (or as per manufacture specification) to be installed at the existing flase ceiling frame provided in the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. The material and texture of the new ceiling sheets shall match with existing flase ceiling sheets, so that the complete ceiling gives a uniform look, as the new ceiling sheets are to be placed in parts as per the site requirement to replace the damaged or missing sheets. The ceiling sheets shall as make AEROLITE or equivalent. The ceiling sheets shall have resistane to humidity, water, non-cementious ligh weight calcium silicate, (non-combustible), termite resistant, light reflectance>85%, wight more than 5kg/sqm, The ceiling shall be placed in parition in the existing frame, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm toughened Glass of approved brand and make in existing frame of window partition including fixing with clamps, screws, putty beading on Both sides as required and making necessary holes etc. including all accessories for fixing all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge
