Description :Lock Rod in sets. Each set comprising of 1) Lock Rod (RH) to Drg.No.RDSO/S.10806 Alt-14/PTJ :-1 No. 2) Lock Rod (LH) to Drg.No.RDSO/S.10807 Alt-13/PTJ :-1 No. Each Lock Rod RH &LH shall be supplied with 2 nos of Nut MS Hex M24x3mm pitch to IS:1364 part-3, 2nos of Lock Nut MS M24x3mm pitch to IS:1364 part-4, 2 nos of Washer MS Punched M24 to IS:2016 Type-A & 2nos of Spring Washer B24 to IS:3063. All these fasteners are to be supplied in assembled condition, Zinc plated to Grade Fe/Zn 25 to IS:1573 and yellow passivated to I S:1340. Ultrasonic testing to be conducted by the supplier on Lock rods to ensure the material is free from inte rnal cracks/defects and for proof of this, test certificate from reputed testing labs shall be enclosed along with each supply.
