Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes royalty, all complete, as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in retaining wall , return wall, wall(any thichness) including attched pilasters, columns, piers, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, olain window sill, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3 (cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomonal size)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, proping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of colounms, etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering shuttering complete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) :3 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
