Preparing & providing Structural Design and Drawings of Structural Elements (as per relevant IS codes) like Columns, Beams, Slab and any other elements for the proposed Construction of localizer antenna platform at operational area of airport as per Layouts/Plans/Drawings provided by AAI after investigating the existing location. The contractor shall submit 3 sets of structural design and drawings to the Engineer-in-Charge for vetting from any government engineering college . The fee / charges for vetting shall be paid by the contractor. In case any clarification / modification in design/drawing is required during vetting or during the course of execution of work, it shall be got done by the contractor through the consultant for which nothing extra shall be paid. After vetting/approval of structural design & drawing, 3 (three) sets of good for construction drawings showing all relevant details duly signed by the consultant shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate quoted by contractor shall be for complete job including structural design, drawings, vetting charges, site visits by consultant, modifications, submission of required nos. of copies of reports. Nothing extra shall be payable over and above the quoted rate.
