Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15mm nominal bore

Manufacture,Supply ,Trasportation,Erection & placing frangible huts having dimension of 7m X 3.5m X 3m at provided base as directed by Engineer-In-charge.The doors, windows and ventilation system shall be as per industry standards and complete as per approved design /drawing in approved color and shade with all requisite fixtures, nuts, bolts, etc. complete job, excluding the cost of foundation but including fixing the frangible hut at provided foundation. The walls provided in the frangible hut should be 40mm thick and insulated in nature. Double slant 40mm thick roof will be provided including an additional secondary roof of GRP material over hut. Item includes complete painting of hut internally as well as externally as directed by E-I-C. The structural stability shall be the sole responsibility of manufacturer and quoted rate will be inclusive of vetted design calculation and certificate for frangibility from any Govt. Engg. College/NITs/IITs .Item also includes provision of frangible toilet of size 1.8m X 1.2m. Quoted rate will be inclusive of all necessary installation and trasportation to the site.

Laying of pipe confirming to relevant IS specifications, complete at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying HDPE pipe having nominal diameter of 160 mm, pressure rating of PN6 and confirming to material grae of PE100 type. Wall Thickness of pipe ranges between 7.7mm - 8.6mm. Laying of pipe confirming to relevant IS specifications, complete at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of Hand Shower (Health Faucet) of Jaquar make model ALD-CHR-573 complete at site as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing & providing Structural Design and Drawings of Structural Elements (as per relevant IS codes) like Columns, Beams, Slab and any other elements for the proposed Construction of localizer antenna platform at operational area of airport as per Layouts/Plans/Drawings provided by AAI after investigating the existing location. The contractor shall submit 3 sets of structural design and drawings to the Engineer-in-Charge for vetting from any government engineering college . The fee / charges for vetting shall be paid by the contractor. In case any clarification / modification in design/drawing is required during vetting or during the course of execution of work, it shall be got done by the contractor through the consultant for which nothing extra shall be paid. After vetting/approval of structural design & drawing, 3 (three) sets of good for construction drawings showing all relevant details duly signed by the consultant shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate quoted by contractor shall be for complete job including structural design, drawings, vetting charges, site visits by consultant, modifications, submission of required nos. of copies of reports. Nothing extra shall be payable over and above the quoted rate.
