Suppy Part

Constructions of chemical earthing with GI chemical electrode and suitable earth enhancing compound for 60 different tower locations of 400 KV S/C TTPS-PTPS transmission line. The chemical earthing shall be non-corrosive highly galvanised pipe with 3 meter length. The electrode shall be filled with higly conductive & non corrosive mixture so that inner strip and pipe should never corrode and provide lowest possible resistance. The minimum diameter of outer pipe shall be 40mm. The quantity of earth enhancing compound required per earth electrode shall be 50Kg for each electrode.

supply of GI flat of size 50x6mm for connecting above earth pit with tower footing.(Length of GI flat = 15 Mtr per Tower x 60 Tower =900 Mtr) Total Weight = 3.14 kg/Mtr x 900Mtr =2826kg =2.826 MT

Erection of GI flat of 50x8mm for connecting above earth pit with tower footing.

Installation of Anti Climbing Device (ACD) in between Different Locations at 400 KV S/C TTPS-PTPS transmission line

Cutting of welded nut & bolt, eath work excavation in ordinary soil cutting or cleaning of rusted/damaged stub dismantling of foundation plinth and re-construction of foundation{PPC(1:2:3)), backfilling of necessary portion of foundation legs of tower including cost of transportation of all materials to work site including painting of legs with enamel black paint and all complete job as per direction of E/I at 10 nos. different location of 400KV S/C TTPS-PTPS Transmission line

Angle with stub welding of outside 15 layers of 30 legs of 10nos. tower at different location of 400KV S/C TTPS-PTPS Transmission line Length of one layer welding for one leg = 2* (6"+6"+40")= 104". For 15 layers welding for one leg=104"x 15= 1560" For 30 legs :- 1560"x30 =46800"
