Dismounting of old damaged nitrous oxide panel (Semi Automatic, 2500 LPM) of powder coated SS containing two Pressure regulators, one line regulator and a high pressure guage. The job includes dismounting and replacement of damaged tailpieces along with NRV's for twin battery of 4 cylinders on one side. The job also includes providing, fitting of damaged seamless copper tubing of 15mm dia of required length in metres for connecting pannel to pipeline. Allied jobs like cutting of copper pipe, silver brazing, polishing, copper fittings,supporting piping/tubing using sadles, testing at a double pressure, painting of the same using standard colour. The Manifold shall be able to withstand the working pressure of 4.2 Bar.
Providing and fitting of carbon dioxide panel and hence replacing the Manual carbon dioxide control panel (Semi Automatic, 2500 LPM) of powder coated SS containing two Pressure regulators, one line regulator and a high pressure guage. The job also includes providing, fitting of damaged seamless copper tubing of 15mm dia of required length in metres for connecting pannel to pipeline. Allied jobs like cutting of copper pipe, silver brazing, polishing, copper fittings,supporting piping/tubing using sadles, testing at a double pressure, painting of the same using standard colours. The job also includes P/F of 15mm dia isolation valve of CIM/Leader make on both sides of oxygen control panel. The Manifold shall be able to withstand the working pressure of 4.2 Bar.
