Tender No: HCC/Ops-02/PT-129/HCC Important Notes: 1. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ is to be submitted after making entries in highlighted cells, without changing any format. 2. Submission of any other file or format of the Price Bid (BoQ) other than the original file (latest) given in the Tender shall be summarily rejected. 3. Bidders should quote price in percentage in the specified cell. 4. Bidder are requested to go through "Special Instruction to the Bidders (SITB)" before participation in the Tender. The tender documents must be read alongwith the item description for quoting. 5. The amount is exclusive of GST. GST will be added extra to calculate amount with GST as per tender terms & conditions. 6. Detail SOR (Schedule of Rates) is given in technical bid and "%" QUOTING will be applied on all the SOR items. 7. If bidder wants to quote "At Par", then bidder should select "At Par" from the drop down list. 8. Put '0' in case of option AT PAR. 9. The BOQ will be used to finalize the "Final service charge" only. The amount shown in BB15, is only a rough estimation for the duration of contract. Payments will be made based on actual E auctions done.
