Duct Mounted Air Purification System Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct Mounted Air Purification System having Advanced Oxidation Plasma Cell powered by nanoX and plamOX Technology comprising of UVC lamp 254 NM with nanoX coating metallic compound of five metals nano TiO2, gold, silver, Palladium, copper (detailed certificate to be shared) with EPA approved antimicrobial coating (certification to be provided) targeted on Aluminum matrix cell duly enclosed by a poly quartz casing tube, with the capability to produce ionized Hydroxyl oxidizers with in-built plasmoX to generate ion generator pins (+- ions 40^6) along with ultrasonic radio frequency waves for pest repellancy. The wattage of the lamp shall not be less than 21 watts upto and length not less than 436 MM upto 6500 CFM and a minmum of 48 watts upto 28000 CFM or combination based on the application area. The air purifier will have a built-in LED indication system stating the operation of the 3 technologies nanoX and plasmOX technologies,ultrasonic radio frequency waves for pest repellancy. The AOP cell shall be eclosed in GI with taflon coated material with in built fan along with insulation.

The AOP cell shall be capable of removing Particulate matter, gaseous Contamination as well as Microbial Contamination using the nanoX and plasmOX technology that is without the use of any filters. The filter-based technology/ system is not acceptable. The power/control cabling between the Pentagon units and the power source/controls shall be included in the cost. The product shall be certified by Indian/ Foreign Lab for the following PM 2.5, PM 10, Co2, CO, TVOC, Formaldehyde, Sulphur Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Ammonia, Ozone, Total plate count, yeast and mold along with efficacy report. The equipment shall have to CE, TUV, ISO, and RoHS with 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive along with FDA compliance certifications. The AOP cell shall have a microbiological testing report against Bacteriophage (MS-2 FDA) surrogate SARS Cov-2 with a minimum efficiency of 99 percent along with a Virology report from an ICMR-approved lab with a minimum efficiency of 99 percent against SARS COV2 within 45 minutes. The technology shall be tested by ICMR/ IIT on human Alveolar Basal Epithelial (4 hours testing) Cells stating that there is no change in the structure and proving that it is safe for humans. The air purification AOP powered by nanoX and plasmOX does not produce ozone, the test certificate from an Indian/ Foreign Lab shall be produced. The product shall be certified to be a green product, third-party certification is required. All the certifications shall be submitted along with the technical bid, failing which the technical bid of the bidder shall be rejected and thier financial bid shall not be opened.

The AOP cell shall be BMS Compatible. The AOP Cells Should be complete with Transformers, control cabling, and Plug Top & necessary power cable. The vendor shall undertake the installation of the equipment including electrical wiring and indoor Air Quality test at 3 location ( Basement level, Arrival level and departure level) decided by engineer incharge for Bacteria, Viruses, Fungal & TVOCs before and after installation of the units and both the test reports from NABL accredited lab shall be submitted to AAI and guranteed parameter mentioned above shall be fulfilled.All the bidders other than OEM shall submit the authorization letter from OEM whose product they are offering in this tender , stating that OEM will be supplying the equipment to them and will extend all technical support to complete the work in all respect and make the system fully operational and provide spares during gurantee /warantee period and in future also.

Coil Mounted UVGI System Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiations (UVGI) System to be installed inside the AHU's for Improvement of Air Quality with effective kill rate of 90 % and greater and prevention of growth of Bacteria, Virus, Mold, fungi and microbiological species on the cooling coil. The Average Life of UV lamps Shall be Minimum 12000 hrs. The UVGI System shall consist of UV lamps, nanoX Coated parabolic reflector with control panel. The Control Panel shall be mounted outside the AHU and should Consist of ballast, hour meter, MCB (or disconnect switch), Indicating Light, BMS Compatible. The Prices of inter connected wiring (UV resistant) between the UVGI lamps and its panel is inculeded in this scope of work. UV lamp shall be fabricated out of special high transmission Quartz Glass and of the high output, hot cathode, T5 (15mm) diameter and They shall produce 95% of their energy at 254 nm. UV lamp shall not produce ozone or other secondary contamination. Lamp manufacturer to submit the certificate . The lamp shall be high output type and should not be lower than 400 mA. The UV intensity of each lamp shall be minimum 800µW/cm² when measured at a horizontal distance of 10 inches from the lamp. Lamp shall be tested by an approved CSIR - CMERI for D90 inactivation of microorganisms. Lamp Supplier need to furnish these Certificates The equipment shall have CE, ISO, RoHS & GreenPro certifications.The ballast shall only be installed in a control panel and not inside the reflector assembly itself.All the certifications shall be submitted along with the technical bid, failing which the technical bid of the bidder shall be rejected and thier financial bid shall not be opened.All the bidders other that OEM shall submit the authorization letter from OEM whose product they are offering in this tender , stating that OEM will be supplying the equipment to them and will extend all technical support to complete the work in all respect and make the system fully operational and provide spares during gurantee /warantee period and in future also.
