Providing catering services in erector hostels/Guest houses/ Inspection houses above 4 suites including maininance and cleaning of cutlery, crockery and also including provision of morning/evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests/ occupants. (CSI No. 23.01b) NSI Sl. No.87

House Keeping of all suits, dormitary, dining hall, kitchen & outer area that include lobby, stairs, road, parking including cleaning/sweeping/dusting and praparation of bed with clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitry cubes, cleaning big and small towel, Mosquito repellant as and when required its also add removal of rubbish from permises. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work. Maintenance of lawns, grass ,seasonal flower bed,Hedge etc including plantation of seasonal flower plants,permanent ornamental plant etc in flower pots/moasic gamala /lawn/earthen gamala etc including cost of all materials,labour & required T&P etc for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer I/c . NSI

Providing caretaking services round the clock with 2 Nos. care takers in Puvvnl inspection house Prayagraj. NSI

Providing Lunch/Dinner in Guest House during departmental meetings/official visit as directed by E/I. NSI

Providing Breakfast in Guest House during departmental meetings/official visit as directed by E/I. NSI
