TMT bars in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at height upto 12m complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
