Construction of SFRC Pre-Cast Compound Wall around Ac.22.82 land at Chalanti under Jaleswar Tahasil of Balasore.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of existing stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for use or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material up to a lead of 1000meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction, Providing, Supplying and fixing the pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mmx200mmx3000mm long, (providing the construction joint at the interval of 15.4mtr) made in M-30 grade concrete in OPC with 10 nos. of 4mm dia. HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ PCC M-20 concrete in foundation footing of size 600 mm dia and 300mm depth from top and P.C.C. of proportion in C.C. (1:4:8) of size 600 mm dia. 300mm depth at bottom, inside the pre-cast RCC collar (NP-2) of 600mm internal dia., placed over a base of P.C.C. with C.C. (1:4:8) of size 680 mm dia., 100 mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole, in hard soil of size 680 mm dia., 700 mm depth including watering & curing for required days(construction joint to be provided at the interval of 15.40mtr) along with supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) 7.5 nos.(7nos of slab + 300mm x 150mm downward U-shape coping) on each span, made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia GI HTPC wire 4 nos covering the top of the compound wall poles with a pre-cast RCC/SFRC cover of size (300X300X150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in term of running meter including such pre-cast, RCC/SFRC top cover, slab, pole, including painting two coats of approved weather coat paint over a coat of wall primer including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
