Material & Labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour 75mm thick cement concrete , type C-2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) with granite trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 ton power road roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE :- Coarse aggregate shall be supplied by department, before incorporation of aggragate Contractor has to ensure that the maximum quantities of deleterious materials in the aggregates shall not exceed the limits laid down in IS 383 : 1970

Prepairing unsurfaced, water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & Labour in repairs to potholes, not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam paving bitumen VG-30, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes not exc. 30 mm complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour premix bituminous macadam with binder paving bitumen VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Consolidated thickness shall not be more than 75mm and to be measured & paid actual thickness as on site
