M&L for vitrified ceramic light coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36Sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair of antistatic false flooring (raised access floor) panels comprising of nominal 600mm (30 to 35mm thick) modular panels (USF 1000 HPL finish panel (600x600x35mm) with heavy duty pedestals in antistatic false flooring (raised access floor) system. (The total system weight shall not exceed 40 Kg/Sqm. The system shall be able to withstand a UDL of 2000 Kg/m2 and a point load of 450 Kg/m2.) and shall be as per BS:2050-1998 & IS:3462-1986 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
