Brick work in c.m 1:5 mix using country bricks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

RCC 1: 1 1/2:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply & erection of centering for sides & soffits of all R.C.C. works including cost& conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel rods including cost & conveyance of steel as per std. Specification etc., complete.

Towards the cost of Rolling shutter of size 2.50m x 2.10m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of Steel Door of size 1.20m x 2.100m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of Steel Window of size 1.20m x 1.20m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of Steel Window of size 0.90m x 1.20m including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC Rain water pipe having ISI mark and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the wall with special PVC/MS clamps including all etc.,complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials & all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving Floor with Vertified tiles of size 600x600x8mm of any colour, laid in C.M 1:3 mix 20 mm thick & pointing with colour cement using 0.40kg per sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality of broken jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:1/2 by volume includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,complete for 10 m3

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cmx23cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weightof cement used and the joint pointed

Oil bound distembering two coats using oil bound distember inclluding cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Interior / Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu conductor of 1100V on wall or ceiling for open PVC light point / fan point SD 20

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu conductor of 1100V on wall or ceiling for open PVC plug point SD 36

Supply and Fixing of CFL bulb 40w including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp. - S.D.no: 107

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC Switch of 500V with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board, with earth connection only. - S.D.No: 142

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit(500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit - SD No: 125

Supply and run of 4x6sqmm (84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu conductor of 1100V for Service connection mains SD 64

Supplying and fixing of AW Cable of 1100V gread in suitable GI Pipe and suitable bend at both ends with neccessory angle
