Dismentling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the engineer in charge

earth work in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation

Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballaste fine sand of 1.25 f.m. and cement in proportion of 1:6:12 in foundation

First class Brick Work in (1:4) cement & four coarse sand 2.20 F.M. morter in foundation and plinth and T&P etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

R.c.c. work with cement approved coarsend and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door window excluding supplying of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding wire including necessary cantering and shuttering etc and supplying of all material labour tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire

S/F M.S. tor steel or plain in plain work such as R.C.C or r.b. work including brnding for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel wasteage bend hools and authorised

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarsand of 1.25 Fineness moudules in 1:4

2cm thick cement plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement & two part of coarsend laid in panel finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement mixed with marble dust in ration 5:1

Providing wall putty on old surface with approved quality material of berger/j.k/birla or similar make two coat

Finishing wall with weather coat of approved make and quality on old surface with two or more coat to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing
