Repairing of Damaged Hot Water Radiators and Arresting Leakages in Hot Water piping of Central Heating System at Various Locations in Govt. SMHS, Hospital, Srinagar

Dismantelling of damaged hot water radiators along with piping of assorted sizes installed in with the existing Central Heating Heating System and shifting of the same upto lead of 500 m at a place as shall be shown at the site. The job also includes proper stacking of the radiators at the place of storage.

Complete cleaning of Hot water steel/cast iron radiators and descaling properly of the same by applying solution of descaling compound and water by pumping unit to be arranged by the firm/contractor.

Refitting of the Hot water steel/cast iron radiators with the existing central heating system as shall be shown at the site. The job includes repairing of the radiators whereever felt required by way of compatible welding or applying sealing material and replacement of damaged radiator valves. The radiators are to be tested on high pressure for leakages after proper installation.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mild Steel class ‘C’ ERW pipes of 20mm diameters with fittings like tees, elbows, bends, junctions, unions, flanges etc.The job encompasses coating the M.S pipe line with two coats of primer.
