Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in bulk evacuation and foundation trenches pits including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations and in plinth & retaining walls in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Brick work using with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & in superstructure, plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand) to correct level and plumb including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints complete. All work upto floor V level.

40 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles 60cm x 60cm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete. Supply & Erection pre-fabricated structure constructed with main columns of 100 NB pipe, trusses/rafters made of RHS pipe 80mm x 40mm and 66mm x 33mm including purlines made of RHS pipe 66 mm x 33 mm. All column plates and joints plates trusses, rafters of 08mm thick. The wall are made of EPS panels (expanded polished core section) roofing with pre-coated sheets including M.S Doors and glazed shutter, wire guage shutter and grills, painting, emulsion etc. complete. the internal roof is covered with false ceiling with water proofing tiles complete in all respects (Payment shall be made on the plinth area basis).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement.

P/F G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings (Medium Grade) & clamps including cutting holes/chases in walls and making good the same/earth work in trenches (Parkash Surya/Jindal) 15 mm nominal bore

P/F Salem Stainless Steel A ISI 304 kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with C.I brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm including painting of fitting & brackets & cutting & making good the walls wherever required 610x460mm & Bowl depth 178 mm.

P/F Steel sink waste coupling of 32/40 mm nominal size.

P/F of PVC pipe superior quality i.e. Supreme/Prince/Uniplas make of 4 kg/sqcm pressure including all PVC fittings jointed with adhesive and making good the same. 75/80 mm

P/F PVC bend of Supreme/Prince/Uniplas make 75/ 80 mm

Providing and placing on terraces Polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover & suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet outlet & overflow pipes but without fittings of Sintex/Star make.

Supply of labour for removing of vegetation from peripheral of the building including clearing blockage of deep drain etc. complete.

Supply & filling river bed material (RBM) in plinth including carriage, levelling, watering, ramming consolidation etc. complete.
