PART B Drilling of a 200/250 mm dia Bore hole with ODEX attachment in all kind of Soils, Boulders, Hard-rock, saturated Soils, the drilling includes the cost of suitable casing Shoe, all consumables, water, fuel, lubricants and other accessories complete in all respect.

Lowering of 200mm dia MS Casing pipe including slotted pipe and fabrication of the conical bail plug as per the casing assembly chart as per the drawing issued by site engineers in accordance with the soil strata as per the exploratory remarks. the job includes lenght to length joining of pipe lengths by welding over v grooves created by beveling to ensure robust jointing, strengthening of pipe joints by welding. moreover vertical alignment has been checked at all joints to ensure an exact coaxial alignment of well assembly. the job includes beveling of pipe in case beveling in not proper or was damaged during transit is to be done by a grinder at site.

a) Development of tube well with back wash method with Air Compressor of minimum capacity 1000CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with pumping pipe of minimum 100 mm dia. and air line of minimum 65 mm dia till well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189 code 1985 with up to date amendments if any complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engneer in charge, for a minimum period of at least 40 hours. b) Development of tube well be continuous over pumping method with the submersible pump of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor. free of allsediments as per IS 11189 code 1985 with up to date amendments if any, for a minimum period of at least 30 hours. the draw down and the discharge to be established by running the pump continously for 8houres in presence of the officer of the department not less than the rank of AEE. the complete well thus constructed is to be handed over to the territorial meechanical division for harnessing. complation of test for yield to ensure that the quality of water is as laid down in IS-10500; 1983. the grouting & sealing of the tube well needs to be done to ensure safe sanitary conditions as per IS-2800; 1991. An apron around the well (mix shall be M10 grade) & slopping away from it to protect the well from pollution hasto be constructed to prevent contaminated water flowing back into it. the casing pipe is to be anchored within the apron by welding ISMC-150 steel bracing with crates & sufficient welding area 2 mtr length each bracing embedded within the apron (4 bracing). the complete well thus constructed is to be handed over to the territorial mechanical division for harnessing. i. Apron Size = 2.5 mtr × 2.5 mtr. ii. Apron depth at skirt = 300 mm. iii. Apron depth at well casing = 350 mm.
