Moil Change/Servicing: - Job includes flushing of old used M. oil from the engine, cleaning of engine with diesel, replacement of oil filter and air filter then P/F of Engine Oil (15W40) – 8 ltrs, gear box and differential oil-5 ltrs, M.oil filter – 01 no., Air filter – 01 no., Diesel filter-01 no., complete washing of the vehicle Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Self-Starter:-Repairs to Self of the vehicle by way of dismantling of Self-starter for repairs with P/F of new parts in place of defective parts i.e. Self carbon brush set-01 set, Field coil -01 set, Bendix drive-01 no., petrol for cleaning of parts, self-solenoid switch-01 no., Armature-01 no. and voltage regulator-01 no. Job includes the cost of material, labour charge and taxes.

Electrical System:-Repairs to Electrical system of the vehicle by way of replacement of old /defective /burnt out/damaged wiring/parts of the vehicle, this also includes repair to the fuse box of the vehicle and replacement of burnt fuse and P/F of new head light- 02 no’s, Lever Combination Switch-01 no, Horn Double assembly-01 no, Insulation tape roll-01no, Rear light assy.-02 no’s., ignition switch-01 no, toggle switch-01 no., LT wire 05 mtr., battery leads with thimbles and terminals-01 set. Job also includes P/F of new wiper blade-01 set, and testing the complete circuit system on load so as to ensure proper functioning of the auto-electric circuit of the vehicle. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and taxes.

Four-wheel Checking and Greasing: - Job includes Repair to Four-wheel system of the vehicle by way of dismounting of wheels and removal of worn-out parts. Providing and fitting of new brake lining rear :01 set for each rear wheel along with rivets, new brake lining front :01 set for each front wheel along with rivets, Oil Seals (Front & Rear-4 nos.), wheel bearings Front & Rear (both inner & outer), tie rod end set-01set, Drag link assembly, Axle Gasket-2 no. and allied parts by replacing the damaged ones, Grease -04 KG. Wheel spring -02 no’s., Slack Adjustor/ratchets-2 nos. Job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes

Repairs to Radiator: - Repair to Radiator of the vehicle by way of dismounting of Radiator & then P/F of new parts in place of defective/worn-out parts i.e. New plastic radiator tank-01 no, Radiator brackets-02 no’s, hose pipe set-01 no., Thermostat valve-01no., Coolant-03 ltr., Fan belt-01no, Complete Job includes repairs to fins, tubes and then Joining the cracked corners by binding solution to prevent leakage and fitting of the same to the vehicle after cleanings and testing. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges and all other taxes.

Tyres: P/F of tyres of size 7.5 x 16 ply by way of removing old/worn-out tyres and the P/F new tyres-06 no’s along with tubes and flaps to the vehicle and then alignment of vehicle. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges and all other taxes.
