M&L for Repair/ servicing of Transformer of capacity 750 KVA by cleaning all the carbon deposit from the HT/LT bushing inlcuding opening and reassembling for detecting of leakage of transformer oil if any and making it leak proof, checking of conservator including replacement of defective parts as supply only all as specified and directed Note:- the rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for drain out transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc.

Supply only new bushing LT side including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new procelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems conical bush/gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer of 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including all type of insulating material( paper/Cloth) in each layer or winding complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop. (ii) Item will be ececuted after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority.

M&L for lamination and ovening in proper manner at workshop carefully for taking out servicable/ unservicable HT/LT coils from the limbs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-arranging the top lamination cover coils in proper manner including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing or star delta connection with tap changer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of Transformer oil by centrifugal dehydrating machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i)Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the dept. Test report to be submitted after completion of job. (Transformer 2x750 KVA) (ii) Any damage occured to Transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply & Filling /pouring of up to the appropriate level Transformer oil of low viscosity confirming to IS-335 (latest) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE:- (i) Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site (ii) Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed compressor from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of engr-in-Charge. container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

Supply and fix silica gel breather assembly complete with breather unit and silica gel including connecting with proper rubberised gasket and necessary fittings GI fittings for fixing/assembling for 750 KVA transformer complete by removing the unserviceable silica gel breather assembly all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrage.

Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of capacity 11 KV, 630 amp 25 KA,Make: joyti Ltd. for servicing, repairs, replacement of defective/worn out components and re-assembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Dismantling the HT VCB from the enclosure consisting of interuper assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and re-assembling the unit complete. (i) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC or Liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts. (ii) Checking the interrupter assembly and contacts. Checking the allignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacterurs tolerance. Badly potted contacts needs to be replaced. Note: Contacts shall be ordered separately. (iii) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the interval surface carefully for any charging/trackings,replacement of bushings.

(b) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the HT VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective /worn out parts re-assembly complete for the following. (i) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to the motor bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (ii) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts including replacement of defective ratchet wheel and parts. (iii) Checking the type and release prop and dash pot assembly making necessary adjustment including replacement of defective/worn out components. (iv) Checking the operating mechanism of the breaker and ensure its operation freely through entire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufacterurs tolerance.

(v) Checking of operating voltage at mechanism terminals and tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts and replace if necessary. (vi) Review the adjustment of all pressure switches and lockout devices. (vii) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and coller pins are in place and they are tight and opened properly. (viii) Inspection, cleaning and relubrication of circuit earthing truck with Aseol Molite or Moliday 47. (ix) calibration of IDMT numerical relay as per existing load for earth fault , over current and short circuit ,including setting the relay on required electric load and testing on earth fault and short circuit and over load with the help of relay testing kit for 11 KV system complete in all respect all as specified and as directed. Note:- (I) Cost of additional hardware like, bolts, nuts , washers and spring washers, petroliumjelly CTC, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) Calibration of VCB alongwith primary and secondary injection test to be carried out by authorised service centre deemed to be included in above item.

The cost of replaced spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of schedule item.Old material will be Department property .Old Material dhould be deposited to MES Store Yard.

Repair/comprehensive maintenance/hydro testing of FM 200 (Fire suppression system-o4 cylinder, 80 KG Each) (Make: RAVEL FIRE) including Regular monthly Maintenance, Checking of proper pressure, Maintenance chart for each cylinder, Filling of gas if required due to any reason (Need extra charge with cost approval), including maintenace cost of VESDA LASER FOCUS 250 monthly inspection report/safety certificate all as per instruction ,specified and directd by Engr-in-charge.The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of schedule item.Old material will be Department property .Old Material dhould be deposited to MES Store Yard.

Repair/ comprehensive aintenance/testing of water leak detection system (Make: STAR ELECTRONICS CONCEPTS) including regular monthly Maintenance, check all water leakage sensors, control panel, check insulation breakdown due to soaked leading cable leading to signal breakdown, check LED dispaly ststus for all zones including all maintenace cost of WLD System monthly inspection report/safety certificate all as per instruction ,specified and directd by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item 55,56 & 57:- (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. The cost of replaced major/minor spare parts included in comprehensive maintenance of contract.Old material will be Department property .Old Material dhould be deposited to MES Store Yard. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indl like Mechanic/Helpers/users during maintenance/operation of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Principal Employer will not be responsible for the same. (iii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in 1-2 hour the penality of Rs 1000 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site , stationary for maintenance of record, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock. After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/AGE/GE every day as a token of complaint attended.

(vi) The Schedule 'A' consists of Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of Fire alarm system, FM 200, water leak detection system installed at IMAC station Under GE (AF) Gurgaon.

Supply and fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving& enviroment friendly with die cast aluminium spigot, spun aluminium powder coated top cover, aluminium PDC heat sink, opal PC diffuserand clear acrylic LED Post top Lantern of wattage 70 Watts of IP65,class I portection integral driver operation at 170-270VAC 50Hz supply including , brackets for fixing on the pole/buildings/walls complete by removing the old unserviceable light fittings and making connection from existing electric net work system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of new generation energy saving& enviroment friendly higly efficient LED street light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LEDs lens & toughened glass of wattage 60 Watts of IP66,class I portection integral driver operation at 220-240VAC 50Hz, CCT-5700-6500 K supply including , brackets for fixing on the pole/buildings/walls complete by removing the old unserviceable light fittings and making connection from existing electric net work system complete all as specified and directed.
