Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to purchase Bulk/Entire quantity from the Manufacturer/OEM or their authorized agents/dealer or last successful supplier of same/similar item. Manufacturer/OEM takes the full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligation and the inspection against order of railway .Tenderer must mention make/Model/Brand of the item being offered and their must not be any ambiguity of make/model while quoting the offer. Authorized agents must attach the tender specific authorization along with offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected. similar item means any type of tool, items may be different size / drawing / specifications / rating / capacities. If the manufacturer is not registered with Zonal Railway/P.U./CORE OR NSIC/DIC or not as a MSE firm having UAM No for same/similar item or is not an approved source for the tendered item with RDSO/DLW/CLW/ICF/RCF/CORE/DMW/RSK, he shall upload/attach satisfactory documentary evidence of item as mentioned in the Electronic Tender condition ITT_Rev_1.21_APRIL_2024.
