Providing and applying of 3mm thick A.P.P. water proofing memberance black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrance @0.40 Lit / Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25ᶛC, 0.87.0.89 Kg / Lit. anf viscosity 70-160 ops over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butan torch and sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23ᶛC when tested in accordance with ASTM. D-5147 including of 100mm lapping after making the surface free form loose particles, oil grease, fungus or any other contaminantes and painting two coats of aluminum paint over the membrane including cost and supply of all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufactuer of membrane (Excluding cost of GST). N.B.: 1. Work supply of fitting & materials with socket and screw joints including cutting threads to pipe, pipes to length including each work excavation of all types of soil,required scaffolding & refilling the trench after the work and fixing of pipeline in wall with clamps of providing light barriers with supply of all labour ,T&P taxes etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.(Excluding GST)

Engagement of Tractor for shifting of over burden materials, debrises from one place to other etc. with fuel, engagement hire & running charges, cost of operator, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge only engagement perod will consided, no idle charge will be considered (Excluding GST). (The agency has to maintain a daily Log Book of the labours engaged by him and to take by counter sign of concerned E.E/ A.E/JE on daily basis. The same should be produced during submission of Bill).

Dewatering of accumulated water sump by engaging required number of 5 HP pump with all accessories, T&P, suction & disposal pipes with fuel, operation charges, engagement hire & running charges, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST). (The agency has to maintain a daily Log Book of the labours engaged by him and to take by counter sign of concerned E.E/ A.E/JE on daily basis. The same should be produced during submission of Bill).

Engagement of JCB or equivalent excavator of capacity 0.6Cum. for to 1.00 Cum. bucket size excavating the earthen drains for smooth running of accumulated rain waters by side of both sides of road and over burden materials, debrises at the site to disposal area along with engagement of required machinery, operator, driver, helper and labour, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST).But including cost of Gate Pass. (The agency has to maintain a daily Log Book of the labours engaged by him and to take by counter sign of concerned E.E/ A.E/JE on daily basis. The same should be produced during submission of Bill).

Cleaning of over head tanks of Administrative building with supply of all labour. Material, T&P,all taxes, staging, scaffolding, etc. all Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding cost of GST)

Supplying the followings labour for attending emergency departmental day-to-day maintenance work as and when required of P.H. work and Carpentry works etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge Excluding cost of GST. NB:- The Agency Should Quotte the Labour Rate as per the current notification published by the ministry of labour and Paid as per ministry of labour rate with EPF, ESI, Accidental Insurance & Gate Pass for Admin building Entry.
