Renovation of Cabin, mud guards, body and chasis beam , by replacing the old damaged and corroded plates with 18 & 16 SWG G.I.plate by arc and gas welding. Removing the cabin from the chassis of the truck, cleaning the dirt and cutting out the damaged rusted portion of the cabin, channels etc. replacing the tie member assly. (top and bottom), assy. bonnet side comp. (LH & RH), assly. bonnet centre, fender (LH & RH), both side foot boards, side mudguards, battery box, tool box etc and fixing them in appropriate position by carrying out plating and welding works (gas and arc as required). Leveling, surfacing the welded portion of the cabin. Replacing old damaged wih Shield,rubber beedings, cabin mounting cups, pads, plastic fittngs, bonnet hooks, door hinges, door lock assembly with handle, side glass mechanism assly., assy. shock absorber rear,Ignition Switch,meter bulb with holder, temprature guage, oil pressure guage,air pressure guage,electronic flasher kit,cabin light,push button, Speedometer cable, mud flap, uphoilstery work i/c seat repair, replacing of damaged air pipe and hydraulic pipe etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction & Fabrication of Water Tank with 3MM M.S.Plate by arc and gas welding i/c Internal partition,ladder,top horizantal support,Man hole cover,bottom base etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Minor overhauling of Engine including Fuel pump caliberation,Replacement of Clutch Plate, Oil pump repair kit (major), Water pump repair kit (major), Feed pump assly., Fuel filters, Oil filter,Ring Gear , Fan belt, ,reassembling and testing of engine and other transmission system on road condition etc. as directed by Engineer -in -Charge

Painting of complete vehicle by applying one coat of oil primer, P.S Grey and two coats of 1st quality automotive paint after applying metal paste and putty where ever necessary. Including applying two coat of chassis grey paint on complete chassis. The surface prepared before painting should be approved and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Complete renovation of electrical works by providing new wiring kit, front head light assemblies, tail light assemblies., indicator assemblies, wiper blade, horn, ignition switch, meter bulb with holders, water tempature guage, oil pressure guage, air pressure guage, electronic flasher kit, cabin light, push pull switch, etc. as required. and servicing of self starter and alternator by replacing of required spares etc. as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Complete overhauling of Brake ans Suspention system with supplying of spares including replacement ofdamaged brake pipes, brake hoses, front brake chambers, brake booster assembl,ywheel cylender, brake lining set,Air pipe & Hydraulic pipe,Leaf spring (Complete set) Front & Rear,Assy Soak absorber Rear,Universal Joint Cross(Propeler Shaft) testing etc as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying and fixing of Tyre with tube and flap of size.
