Part-A : Civil Work Based on BSR 2022, PWD Rajasthan

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 3: 6 or richer mix.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 15º, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, staircases and spiral staircases etc. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

P/F reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete upto floor five leveTMT bars (Conforming of relevent IS Code).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Gola Providing gola 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finished with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 2 fine sand) as per standard design.

Internal Finishing: Distempering with oil bound washeble distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding new work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer

EXTERIOR FINISHING:-Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS :- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).

Copping: Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, copping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade nominal Mix 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
