Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 7 here in before but cross sectional area of 3.5 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 here in before but cross sectional area of 3.5 core 35 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.7 here in before but cross sectional area of 2 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole, Polished finished (7 metre long) Single arm bracket complete with PCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plaes all as specified including the following:-

(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres.

(b) M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation as per manufacturers design upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting in as per manufacturer's design.

(c) M&L for Strips of 10 cm wide sky blueand white floursent and reflactor bands 3 Nos in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block.

(d) Inbuilt internal junction box consists of incomer of MCB TPN 32 Amp 10 KA and outgoing of MCB SP 6 Amps 10 KA and MCB TPN 32 Amps 10 KA and internal wiring complete.

(e) M&L for attached GI Pipe Bracket made out of GI hot dipped , Polished finished Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.0 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Street Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) attached GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Street Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based on nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on nature light lux level. Required illumination level for switching ON is <30 lux and for switching OFF >10 lux.The nature switch along with suitable power contactors , incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof and FR grade SMC junction box with hinged lid confirming to IP 54 complete all as specified for the following: - (a) Suitable of three phase load of 8-12 kw with contactors (single phase 3Nos), incoming& Outgoing MCB SP (6 Nos),rating of 32 Amps per phase & circuit wiring of min 10 sqmm. Make -Swadeep Cat No. swadeep -02EC 8kw3P or equivalent in Havells /Indoasian.

Boring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology suitable for passing GI/HDPE pipe 80mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and connect PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed flat twin core cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2.5 sqmm including takingdown existing unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for carefully taking out the existing cable inlcuding PCC cable covers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Taking down cables and Isolation Transformers shall be handed over to AGE E/M Hakimpet store yard.

Laying only PCC cable cover of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: PCC cable covers are obtained from Ser item no. 18 above.

Material and Labour for Cable jointing kit for 3.3 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core unarmoured multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size upto 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
