Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as pr MoRTH Specification 4.1-406 (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density. 4.14 Sr. 406, (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading-II with 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an avarage output of 100-120 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 505 5.04 complete in all respects. Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MoRTH SR No 5.02 & Spec. 503 (i) (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete grade II with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 Sr no 5.05 complete in all respects. Construction of U Shape deep RCC Drain 450mm x 600mm drain Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including seting out, constructionof shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. as per MORT&H Spe. 9.1 Clause 304 (Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Road Safety Work Road Marking Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.As per Road Safety SOR no 803 Clause 8.13

TRAFFIC SIGNS - Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-C TypeXI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheeting wide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminum composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB ,3.2 mm thicknness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm lirmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrdte 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete (90x90 cm).(GST will be paid Extra as per aplicable)
