Providing and laying Vitrified matt finish floor tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS Code 15622 of approved make in all colours & shades and pattern for flooring in required position laid over cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) of required thickness with necessary slope to flow off rain water including neat cement float, grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments , curing and cleaning etc. complete. Removing existing flooring & disposing , taking away the debris outside the premises all as per directed by Engineer In charge. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for window sills, parapet top & facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.(Basic rate is Rs.1750 Per Sq.M )

Providing and applying Cement based Crystalline waterproofing system for sloping and flat slabs/chajjas/ terrace etc of approved make. The waterproofing system shall include treatment of construction joints, downtake pipes junctions, cutouts, repair of honey combing if any in the concrete surface, filling the cracks, grouting if required, . The application of the system shall be as per manufacturers specifications over the surface include cleaning of the surface with wire brushing, watering, curing etc. complete. . Contractor to provide 10 year guarantee on a stamped paper.).

Providing and applying 2 coats of crstalline waterproofing treatment by using high performance elastomeric cementitious waterproofing system of approved make Dr. fixit 648 Roof seal /Fosroc/Sunanda/krishna chem.

Providing & fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe, C.I grating 15 cm dia. & weighing not less than 440 gm

CEMENT PLASTERING:Cement plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (cement : fine sand ) / Ready made cement mortar , finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site Including removing existing damaged plaster ,scaffolding curing etc. complete all as directed by Engineer in charge .( disposing / taking away the debris outside the premises & disposing as per the guidlines of statutory authoritised. )
