Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Works)

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (bul not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any positions and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Aluminium chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each including making good disturbed portion to match with adjoining surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300mm x 200 mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados & risers to steps etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in extruded powder coated aluminum handles, fabricated type, 150mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated anodized aluminium frames for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats,glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

M & L for powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium body, door closer, hydraulically regulated designation No.3,universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs prelaminated particle board 12 mm thick interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in kitchen cabinets/shutters fixed with screws in aluminium frame work all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs mortice locks brass vertical type size 100 mm 4 levers brass chromium plated with keys in duplicate all as specified and as directed

S&F aluminium powder coated barrel tower bolts of extruded section 200 mm long all as specified and as directed.

S&F butt hinges 125mm size, medium weight, extruded powder coated aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin anodised type C-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks masonry exc 10cm width, type C5,1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats 10mm thick backing coat +5mm thick finishing coat on concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description including and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint and over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 20 mm thick for laying stone slabs including demolition of existing stone slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps,cooking flatform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connect, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT distribution feeder pillar box, compartmentalized cubical type with canopy, dust and vermin proof, free standing floor mounting type mounted on 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz 415 volts, bus bar chamber with tinned copper bus bar FP 100 Amp supported on FRP insulator and heat shrinked insulating sleeves and including 1:3:6 PCC platform with required mounting channel, feeder pillar box fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly pretreated and powder coated factory fabricated including cable glands of suitable sizes and the followings Incoming :- (a) MCCB, FP 40 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz, 25 KVA – 01 No (b) Phase indicating lamps LED type for RYB phase – 1 set Outgoing :- (a) MCB single pole 6-32 Amps, 10 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz – 12 Nos
