Providing and fixing coloured anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868. Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 ( fifteen) sub and glazed partitions frame work for door,windows and ventilators of section no 19624 of Jindal/Hindalco with extruded built up standard tubular sectionsr fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size (Dash fastener to be paid for separately)as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing coloured coated/ anodised aluminium work for shutters of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections No. 19509 , 19596 , 19584 , 19377 of Jindal /Hindalco approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 section fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etcetera Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) complete as per architectural drawings specifications, design and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing Glazing with glass panes of 5mm ( Five milimetre) thick plain glass weight not less than 12.50Kg/M2 (twelve point five zero Kilogramme per square metre) of Modiguard / Saint Gobian for shutters with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etcetra complete, as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve milimetres) thick (both Side) prelaminated water proof MDF board of green ply (exterior grade) in matt finish flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 of greenply approved shade Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutter and partitions frame with CPbrass/stainless screws etcetra complete (aluminium work to be paid dor seprately as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, , GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5mm (zero decimal five millimetre) diametre wire and 1.4mm (one decimal four millimetre) wide aperture with for aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etcetra with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etcetra complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer- In-Charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) complete including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals,as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
