E-TENDER DOCUMENT FOR DSITC OF EXHAUST STACK AND SUPPORING STRUCTURE WITH CIVIL FOUNDATION WORK, CABLING, PANNEL EXPANSION AND ALLIED ELECTRICAL WORKS AT NEW PLANT FOR COMMISSIONING OF 500 AND 1010 KVA D.G. SET ON TURNKEY BASIS.

Item Description

Providing, Fixing, Jointing, Testing & Commissioning of Medium duty 12" diameter MS B class pipes with supporting structure including Y piece of suitable diameter (6") conforming to IS 3589 / 1239 part-I for 500KVA DG Exhaust applications (beyond 1.5 Mtr. length) including cutting, welding etc & fittings like elbows,flanges, tapers, reducer, gaskets etc. fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamps, hanger and nuts bolts . including the cost of thermal insulation with 50 mm thick layers of LRB rock wool as per IS : 8183-1993 (64 kg/m3 density) & 26 SWG aluminium sheet claddings etc complete as required complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge (Approx height will be 25 mtr but it may be vary as per RPCB/CPCB Compliance norms)

Supply, installation and testing of metal flexible coupling (bellow) of 12" diameter dia required for horizontal length more than 3 mtr.as per standard of guide line of D.G. set company complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge (For 500KVA DG Set)

(Cost of Steel Structure for Exhaust pipe will be paid Extra). All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge (Approx height will be 45 mtr but it may be vary as per RPCB/CPCB Compliance norms)

Supply, installation and testing of metal flexible coupling (bellow) of 14" diameter dia required for horizontal length more than 3 mtr.as per standard of guide line of D.G. set company complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge (For 1010KVA DG Set)

Supply & fabrication of steel structure for 1010KVA DG Sets with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. (Approx weight will be 9000 kg)

RCC Civil foundation work for 500kva DG set of 6500mm Lx2800mm Bx200mm H above the ground level size including all below mentioned work as required in foundation construction a) Earth work in excavation/ by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / Manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sum on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: b) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand) c) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. d) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level (1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) e) 20mm Paster on wall in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joint & finishing

SITC of all required material with accessories for making 1010kva DG incommer panel by doing expansion in existing refrigeration panel i.e 2500A or suitable size FP ACB, MFM Meter,Indicating lamps (Red,Yellow,Blue), Under Voltage Realy,C.T 2500/5A CL 1.0 15VA,TNC Swicth,Bus bar 2500A TPN or suitable size Aluminium Bus bar with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves,2.00mm CRCA sheet stell enclosure duly powder coated with all misscellaneous material like insulators,acrylic sheet,bakelight sheet,hardware, wire,name plates,pvc channel,mcb chanel,lock,hinge,bidding,connectors,neutral links,spiral,saddle & packing material for 1010KVA DG Incomer panel in existing refrigeration incomer panel to connect the new 1010 DG set

providing & Laying 3.5 core 300 sqmm (3 Run) P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium Power cable for 500KVA Dg set confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 with all required accessories like cable trench of suitable width,cable ties,cable trench supports,all required hardwares, indoor terminations with Single compression heavy duty type Brass-Nickel cable gland , lugs & PVC Shrouds. , etc. complete as required,indoor & outdoor pipes, burierd work,cable end termination with glands & lugs at all termination points i.e DG Incomer panel, Dg control panel,Dg Alternator connection etc. Approx total length will be 120 meter (For 500KVA DG set)

Plate Earthing for both 500Kva & 1010Kva DG sets as per IS:3043 with copper Earth plate of purity >95% of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.0mm by embodying 3 mtr. below the ground level with 20 mm dia. G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 2 ohms or less as required.Including supply of 25mmx5mm copper strip (approximately 300 mtr) required as per site conditions. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of 1.1 kV grade, armoured, PVC insulated multi core Cu conductor LT control Cable (4Cx2.5mm2,3Cx2.5mm2,4Cx4 mm2,12Cx2.5mm2 or as required in control wiring) including necessary cleats, trenche with supports,saddles,cable ties,clamps end connection with gland & termination,indoor terminations with Single compression heavy duty type Brass-Nickel cable gland , lugs & PVC Shrouds. , etc. complete as required. etc. for both 500 & 1010KVA DG sets
