M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for surface channel finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus excavated spoil to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.15m above the starting point in soil all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed .

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width of girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as specified & directed.

Use & waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick all as specified & as directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, and all other similar works all as specified & directed.

M&L 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collar all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for concrete bed to drain pipes 450 mm dia including packing and haunching against the sides of pipe and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains/culverts including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI/Steel covers by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for width of drains exc. 30 cm but n.exc. 60 cm .

M&L for glazed finish chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with gray cement and pigment) laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.
