For Slab

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - A) Upto Basement

Floor finishing with fully vitified tilles using best quality of fully vitified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm x 8mm over the base plastering cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick pointing with using white cement 4kg/10sq.mt. inculing cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges. Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm finished thickness with c.m 1:2- and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Fabrication , supply and fixing of Mild Steel Door/Window of any required size suitable to site condition using 3x35x5mm M.S.L. angle and shutter framme made of 25x25x5mm equal M.S.L angle for Horizondal and Vertical member and shutter frame strengthened by stiffness of MS flats and sections covered with 18 gauge M.S Sheet for Doors and Windows including cost and conveyance of materials , all charges for fabrication , fixing with furnitures etc complete as directed by the Deptl. Officers

Supply and fixing of RCC Jolly including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over Block Board Paint with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fixing of 1000 lit capacitty Priming Tank made up of PVC make Syntex/Equalant with necessary fitttings complying with all std specifications as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Finishing the top of roof one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20x2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., compete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 15A Aerial Fuse Unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100 mm T W Concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps (SD-128).
