Providing and laying in possition cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8(1cement:4 fine sand:8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

Brickwork with Fly Ash brick of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with Fly Ash Brick Class designation 35 in infoundation and plinth. Cement mortar in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3 mm MS gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x 6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Supply and spreading of Stone aggregate with loading, unloading all complete as per instruction of engineer in charge. 40mm nominal size aggregate

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F pre coated galvanised iron profile sheets 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120gms per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mps steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective gaurd film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by E-I-C. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of sizes (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting of size and shape wherever required.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m. All kinds of soil.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.TMT bars.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane:
