Taking down electric motor of cap 100 HP by disconnecting elect connection and removing from star/tyre coupler, nuts, bolts, washers for repairing /replacement of unserviceable parts including transportation to workshop and re-installing the same after repair work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and reconnection, testing of electric motor / pump of cap 10 to 100 HP by disconnecting elect / water connection and removing from star/tyre coupler, nuts, bolts, washers for re-foundation of pump and motor as directed, including re-installing the same after foundation and demolition of foundation with suitable size elbow, socket, union, pipe, washer, bush, pump gland, gasket, packing sheet, pump set cover plate, nut bolt of any shape and size etc for Woking of pump and motor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The PCC and cross arms will be measured separately again above items. (b) The rates quoted shall be deemed for any type T & P.

Fixing and testing only APS dosing system including PVC pipe, tab, socket, elbow, stop valve 15mm, electric connection and branch connection, PCC foundation etc as required for fixing dosing system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying insulated Electrical matting class 2 proof voltage tested upto 20KV, 10mm thickness of size 1.00 metre (wide) 2 metre length with one side fabric and other side plane finish as per IEC 61111 including taking out old unserviceable rubber matting and removing from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install in repairs AFO (Auto fire off) fire extinguisher ball 150 mm dia (standard orange) with stand, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Transciever automation for the water level Detector and controller with the feature mentioned here under comprising of following: (a) S& F Transciever must communicate at a distance of 3km -5kms range with each module must have the LORA/GSM or suitable communication module ( long range antenna) must work above 500 mhz and each module shall have a processor module connecting to the sensor, with the facility that the processor module to sense the low level (10-20%) and high level of the water level (90-100%) so as to raise the hooter and communicate with the other hardware modules with antennas (b) S&F transducer module wiring through the D sub connectors (MIL industrial grade are to be used). All the wiring must be shielded optical co-axial cable for connection to flasher and hooter. Rates quoted are deemed to be included for suitable flasher and hooter. (c) S&F Hooter 12V/5 Amp with suitable converter or hooter suitable for 230V AC Supply must be provided standard suspended rust proof stand Note: All the NPT cable glands must be used for the sensor interface and MCB controller board.
