M & L for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings),depth of pothholes exceeding 30mm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid.rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) paving bitumen any pentration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm using with paving bitumen all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix carpet 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 Cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20kg of binder (paving bitumen) with hot mix plant and paver per 10 Sqm rolled with to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying liquid seal coat 9.8 Kg bitumen per 10 sqm blinding with 6.3 mm size of stone chipping @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glas beads (MORTH Grade) white or tellow colour not exceeding 100mm wide with the help of rad marking machine including cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirts dust complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road stud/cat eye made from ABS material, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflectors fixed with highly adhesive materials on bitemen surface including preparation of new or old surface (size (81 x 116 x 17mm) conforming to ASTM Standards complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair delineator round body fittted with two numbers 100mm dia of highly reflective reflectors of minimun size 700mmx50mmx100mm made out of PMMA materials mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly power coated, antirust and antitheft steel net all spl and as directed.

S&F in repair solar road stud/cat eye of minimum size 125mmx125mmx25mm made from aluminium alloy and solar powdered by inbuilt solar panel with one high capacity Ni-cd rechargeable battery provided with LEDs -10mm, 3piece each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness with backup for 12 hours of continous light all as specified and as directed make : Darkeye/3M/GREENLITE

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exe 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exe 15mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm greded stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and rough to recive tiling complete all as specified directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direced.

M&L 80mm thick coloured, machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006,M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floor including well ramming for laying of interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified directed.
