S&F in repairs 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms/ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position duly cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1000 ltr capacity, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT float valve and dismantling of exisinting tank complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

S&F of 500 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT float valve and dismantling of exisiting tank complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

S&F of 20 mm dia gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm GI tube, medium grade, with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and cutting chases, pinning in where is required and make good in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia gun-metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches floors or fixed in walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) 110mm bore, bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) 110mm bore, (single T) any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc 40 Sqcm and over in section in any posotion for unframed works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel work in tubular/angle trusses including special shaped washers, purlins, rafters, posts etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick, AZ-150 of any colour having tensil strength of 550/MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/ridge, fixed with self tapping screw/L type or J type cranked hook bolts including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing roof surface by washing rubbing down removing oil grease and vegitation etc. and applying ready made branded chemical treatment of approved OEM to roof/exterior wall/parapet wall/chhajja and any other position as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed in following steps:- Step-1 Opening of sealed container and dilute the chemical with water @ 1:3 using mechanical mixer to prepare primer and apply one coat of primer using roller and allow 4-6 hrs to dry for primer. Step-2 Apply two coats of approved chemical roof treatment with roller to primed surface as per manufacturer's instruction and allow 4-6 hrs to dry treatment. Note:- (1) Removal of old roof treatment work is deemed to be included in rates. (2) Work shall be got executed only from approved OEM. Make:- Asian Smart Care Damp Proof / Berger Weather Coat Roof Guard / Nerolac Perma No Damp

M&L for preparing and applying Dr. Fixit rain coat in following steps as appended below:- (1) Existing substrates cleaned and removed all scale dirt, algea moss, fungal growth with high pressure water using high pressure jet washer. All loose plaster will be repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit pidicrete URP and norrow cracks upto 5mm shall be repaired with crack X-paste and the larger cracks upto 10mm with Dr fixit crack-X shrink free. The surface shall be made dry completely for upto 4-6 days for application of primer. (2) Applying one coat primer Dr. Fixit prime seal diluted with 2:1 with water (prime seal:water) maintaining spreading rate @ 8 to 10 Sqm/ltr complete all as specified and directed. (3) Applying two coats of Dr. Fixit raincoat without any dilution for coverage 3.5 Sqm/ltr and second coat of Dr. fixit rain coat without any dilution for coverage 7 Sqm/ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Second coat must be applied after lapse of 6 to 8 hours application of first coat. (ii) The application of Dr Fixit raincoat must be avoided at temperature below 10˚C more than 35˚C and in direct sunlight.

M&L for provision of water proofing roof treatment to non accessible/ accesible RCC roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced wt not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of thickness not less than 3 mm having thermal, insulation with white or plain finish on upper side of membrane uniformely embedded during manufacturing process including taking down existing treatment all as per following specifications:-

(a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for 72 Hrs for any seepage / leakages etc. if any seepage is oberved the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repired the slab will be tested for water tightness against before processing further treatments.

(b) The surface of the roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matters such as fungus, mass, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets the groove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment as pipes, chimney stacs etc. and other similar situations to ease up about corners.

(c) Hot blown bitumen VG-10 as in primer conforming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated.

(d) APP modified water proofing membrene as specified shall be laid by torch application method laid on hot bitumen 85/25 grade (bonding material) at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm primer surface as per manufacturers instructions, the overlaps while torching shall be 150 mm in longitudinal direction and 100 mm in transverse directions. All overlap joints shall be sealed throughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layers and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as monolithic layer.

(e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement morar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per beg of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(f) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm thick crushed stone aggregate of 100 mm x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any step turns and hence all corners /junctions should be rounded.

M&L for 9 to 10mm thick, 600x600 size, ceramic roof cool tiles, white, confirms to sun reflective index (SRI) value minimum of 90 over 15mm thick rendring in CM 1:3 screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 faces of brick or concrete surfaces (external surfaces) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, finished, even and smooth without using any extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (2) Rate is inclusive of scaffolding upto height of 12 m.

M&L for repairs of damaged RCC columns, beams etc including chipping of loose concrete, cleaning of exposed reinforced, fixing of GI wire mesh using binding wires/nails, and recasting in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 15.5mm graded stone aggregate and finished the concrete surface with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Rates deemed to be included with necessary formwork. (b) GI netting and wire will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only GI wire netting made of 0.9mm dia galvanised iron wire with 12mm x 12mm square mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water profing compound mixed with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash over newly plastered ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall (internal/external)/chajja/roof projections including facias, cornices etc by scrapping with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc and external surface by washing/cleaning down with water by skilled labour including filling holes, cracks, depressions of scraped surfaces with putty and preparation of surfaces for further treatment including necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 10.00 mtr from average ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wall putty 1mm thick on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats exterior weather proof emulsion paint of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint on old prepared wall surfaces including chajja, patta etc. having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, water, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and over a coat of priming coat of exterior primer applied. Necessary scaffolding suitable for height upto 10.00 mtr from average ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior/exterior grade primer @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm or as per manufacturer instruction applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow to dry the surface 6-8 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper emulsion on old prepared decorated wall surfaces including window and door jambs, cills, cornices etc. having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28.00 here-in-before but two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion on old prepared wall surfaces including window and door jambs, cills, cornices etc.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming, scraping down smoke spot, moulds, moss, effloresecent salts trading oil, greasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
