The tenderer shall be an OEM or authorised dealer of OEM for hydraulic lifting systems / hydraulic jacks with power pack and control stand. In case authorized dealers participate, they shall submit tender-specific authorisation from the OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected.

The firm should have successfully supplied or undertaken servicing/overhauling of same or similar equipment consisting of high-capacity hydraulic jacks (suitable for railway rolling stock handling), power pack, control stand and associated accessories, which form essential components of the tendered item. Otherwise, the offer shall be summarily rejected

The offered system shall be fully compliant with the detailed technical specifications attached with the tender. Tenderer shall submit clause-wise compliance to the tender specifications. All deviations, if any, shall be clearly brought out. In case of no deviation, the specification document shall be submitted duly signed and stamped. Otherwise, the offer shall be summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
