Firm should sign and stamp on each and every pages of enclosed Specification of Technical explanatory note, High mast tower & Flood light luminaire as an endorsement/ acknowledgement that their offer product meets the requirements mention in the Specification of Technical explanatory note, High mast tower & Flood light luminaire and attach/upload the same for technical evaluation/scrutiny failing which their offer will not be considered as technically valid offer and such offer will summarily be ignored/rejected.No back reference on either side will be made or entertained in this regard.
Railway reserves the right to procure the material from having satisfactory past performance for same or similar items. The tenders must upload documents pertaining to their credential/past performance in Zonal Railway/PUs/PSUs/Other Govt. Organizations.Tenderers are instructed to upload Receipt Note, Receipted Challan, Inspection Certificate or any other receipt document along with bid as a proof of supply document failing which their offer will not be considered. No back reference shall be made in this regard and Railway decision will be final.

The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I /Class II local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I / Class II local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I / Class II local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so a at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be Class I / Class II local supplier for the this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions. Please refer para 29.0 of GCC attached to tender for details.

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of i.20 Mtr. long High mast tower hot dip galvanise d flange mounted 20 side polygonal tapered type in 2 sections along with feeder pillar box ii. Astronomical t imer panel for each tower iii. 5 core 4 sq mm copper cable 30 mtr. for each tower, iv. 6 sqmm (7/19) stainle ss steel wire rope 25 mtr for each tower, v. Earthing as per Railway's drawing 03 nos. for each tower. Suppl y & erection of materials shall be done as per SER/HQ specification attached for High mast tower, astronomi cal timer panel, earthing, control panel etc. GTP & tentative GAD required along with the bid offer. Make of high mast tower: BAJAJ / TRANSRAIL /UTKARSH / PHILIPS /JINDAL/ BPP / SURYA. Make of TMT bar: TATA / JIN DAL / SRMB/ MONGIA or reputed make as approved by DEE(G)/CKP or his authorised representative. Make of cable: Havells/ finolex/ Polycab/ Anchor or reputed make as approved by DEE/G/CKP. Note-i) RCC foundat ion has already been constructed for a 20 mtr high mast tower with base frame of 6 (six) nos. anchor bolts. Accordingly, during supply and erection of the high mast tower, provision of 12 (twelve) nos. anchor bolts s hall not be provided by the firm. ii)200w Flood light will be of railway supply.
