Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means infoundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mmnominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacture's specification.

Structural steel work in single section , fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Steel work welded in built up sections /framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson /Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours , shades of size 300 x 600 mm as approved in skirting , risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x600 mm

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead -with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrarches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand , filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with - Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chipping of unsound / weak concrete material from slabs , beams , columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete - 50 mm average thickness

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total per rust free steel surface by using alkaline length chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry , all complete - Bars above 12mm diameter

Providing , mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and complete in all respect - Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm /kg of approved make

Providing , mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make ) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt.of cement used) as per specifications . Note: Measurement and Payment : The Pre-meaurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / apping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75mm size cube crusing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N / Sqmm) - 50 mm average thickness in two layers

Applying of multi surface Nano-scaling system with organosilane based reactive water proofing agent (zycosil plus or equivalent) Nano sealer duly mixed with (acrylic based sealing bonding admixture (Zyco prime or equivalent) mixed in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturers with potable water (<1000ppm) on the prepared surface of masonry/concrete. The rate to include the cost of preparing the surface by chipping, cleaning the bulged/loose concrete/mortar removing smooth by sand paper/stone and fanning/blowing the dust by air compressor, preparing the solution in manufacturers recommended proportion and applying on the surface as directed by the Engineer in-charge
