| 1.1 | M&L for providing and applying 2 coats of two-component, solvent-free, non-toxic, 100% solids, chemically cross-linked epoxy lining system for potable water retaining zones, executed in two controlled applications to achieve a cumulative dry film thickness of 200 microns, over mechanically conditioned cementitious substrata. The binder system shall comprise of reactive epoxy matrices with compatible curing agents ; exhibiting negligible volatile content, low water permeability, and stable adhesion under continuous immersion, the cured film being physiologically inert and compliant with IS 9883 1981 approved by CFTRI conforming to USFDA 21 CFR 175 300 and meeting elongation/performance criteria as per ASTM D 2370. Substrata conditioning shall include removal and conditioning and including removal of curing compounds by abrasive means (emery or equivalent), elimination of laitance and contaminants, and prepared to a sound, dry, and receptive surface, Component blending shall be carried out in specified ratios using low-speed mechanical agitation to achieve homogeneous reaction. Application shall be by applied by stiff nylon-bristle implements with regulated inter-coat intervals to ensure uniform film build and continuity item includes all materials, labour, surface preparation, application, curing, tools, equipment, consumables and incidental operations, complete as specified and as directed.

| 2 | M&L for precision restoration of micro-cracks not exceeding 5 mm in width, involving calibrated mechanized RM V-grooving to a nominal 66 mm profile, executed to achieve consistent edge geometry for optimal repair compound anchorage; Surfaces shall be cleaned by compressed-air jetting or vacuum extraction to remove all friable material, laitance, and fine particulates. The prepared substrata shall be preconditioned to a saturated surface dry (SSD) state prior to the placement of a single-component, shrinkage-compensated cementitious crack sealer.The repair material shall attain a minimum compressive strength of 22 MPa at 7 days and 24 MPa at 28 days in accordance with ASTM C109, exhibit a setting interval of 15-20 minutes, and be mixed at a controlled water-to-powder ratio of 0.30 ±0.01 to maintain rheological stability.Application shall ensure complete filling without voids or air entrapment, complete all as specified and directed.

| 3 | M&L for overlaying existing waterproofing membranes with a protective 10 mm screed of single-component fibre-reinforced mortar possessing dual shrinkage-compensating properties. The mortar shall achieve compressive strength ≥ 30 MPa at 28 days, tensile strength 2 2 MPa, flexural strength ≥ 6 MPa, and conform to ASTM C109, ASTM C348, and ASTM C307. The water-powder ratio shall not exceed 0. 16 to ensure density and low permeability. Screed finishing can be done with cement and sand and shall be to true line and level, providing a durable, traffic-tolerant surface without compromising the integrity of the underlying waterproofing system complete all as specified and directed.

| 4 | M&L for surface preparation of concrete substrata in water-retaining structures prior to waterproofing carried out in conformity with EN 1504-10 and ASTM D4258 for surface cleaning of concrete. | 7 | M&L for the application of 2 coats of high-performance, amine-cured epoxy resin-based coating-cum-primer system, conforming to relevant ASTM/DIN/ISO standards, engineered to achieve a minimum adhesion bond strength of 1.0 N/mm² with a total dry film thickness of 1-2 mm attained through 2 sequential coats, possessing high chemical and abrasion resistance, low chloride permeability, and a pot life of approximately 30 minutes at 30 °C, substrata preparation shall be executed by abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2 % (ISO 8501-1), ultra-high-pressure water jetting, or equivalent method to completely remove laitance, rust, oil, grease. curing agents, and contaminants while providing an anchor profile of 50-75 µm, with environmental parameters including substrata moisture, ambient temperature, relative humidity, and dew point differential strictly monitored prior to and during application, the 2-coat system shall consist of a primer coat for substrata sealing and adhesion enhancement, and a finishing coat for uniform coverage with additional mechanical and UV protection, all works to be performed complete all as specified and directed.

| 8 | M&L for controlled demolition and eradication of deteriorated cementitious binders, including weakened lime-cement-aggregate conglomerates, from RCC or masonry members up to an average depth of 15 mm.Execution shall be achieved by mechanical percussive chiseling using pneumatic hammers or sharp-edged manual chisels, followed by squaring of cavities and micro-roughening of exposed substrata shoulders to facilitate mechanical keying. Debris shall be evacuated beyond MoD premises to a distance >1.0 km and ≤1.5 km. | 9 | M&L for application of 2 coats of high-performance styrene-butadiene rubber based bonding and waterproofing slurry, specifically formulated to enhance adhesion between old and new concrete surfaces, improve long-term durability, reduce shrinkage and resist emulsification in damp conditions. The cured film shall develop compressive strength of 12.5 N/mm² in three days, 14.5 N/mm² in seven days and 24.0 N/mm² in twenty-eight days, with tensile strength not less than 2.5 N/mm² at twenty-eight days and flexural strength not less than 4.5 N/mm².
